Smart Phones, Smart Lives: Understanding Wellness - A Social & Emotional Perspective
OVERVIEW
A healthy social and emotional wellbeing is defined as the capacity for individuals to form close, secure and meaningful relationships while expressing their emotions and learning new skills. But in today's "smart phone" society, how much screen time is "too much"? This course will enable students to examine the impact of screen time on their daily lives and provide strategies on how to create a personal action plan for effective screen time management.
