Strategies To Build Mental Wellbeing
OVERVIEW
What is stress? What is anxiety? Is there really a difference between "good stress" and "bad stress"? This course will empower students to understand why we respond in a primitive manner towards stress, and help us learn how to cope with the negative effects of stress. It will also teach students how to develop a healthy coping strategy and build a strong support system to deal with the pressures of stress.
